Shipping Carriers

  • Large or bulk (pallet) orders are shipped through third-party freight carriers based on the best available rates

Pallet Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $370 for pallet shipments across the USA
  • Pallet deliveries are handled by third-party freight providers and may require additional coordination for delivery

Delivery Issues & Claims

  • Customers must inspect their order upon delivery
  • If there are any issues (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), you must notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • After this 3-day window, Boss Distro will not be held responsible for any claims

  • All returns and issues are handled manually on a case-by-case basis
